We complete background and MVR checks, facilitate drug testing and establish medical clearance. IDS carries workers compensation coverage on all of its employees and all of our drivers participate in IDS' "Safety & Service Rewards!" incentive program. Dispatched drivers remain on IDS' payroll until an agreed upon driver conversion time. The customer is under no obligation to convert a driver and may request a replacement driver from IDS at any time.
